If I were in the same situation, I would~ 내가 같은 처지에 있다면, 난 ~을 하겠어요. 

 

Peter    : I think I should break up with my girlfriend.

Joseph : Are you kidding? She's a model.

Peter    : Yeah, I know, but we're just not compatible.

Joseph : If I were in the same situation, I would hold on and never let go.

Peter    : I'm not as shallow as you are.

 

피터 : 여자 친구랑 헤어져야 할 것 같아.

조셉 : 농담하는 거지? 네 여자 친구 모델이잖아.

피터 : 응, 알아. 하지만 우린 서로 뜻이 잘 안 맞아.

조셉 : 내가 너 같은 상황이라면, 난 오히려 꼭 매달려서 절대 보내지 않을 것 같아.

피터 : 난 너처럼 속물이 아니거든.

 

A : Do you think I should get a new computer?

B : You've only had your old one for a month.

A : But the new Extel Supreme 3 is out.

B : If I were in the same situatiion, I would just save my money.
